We got there earlier and walked about 15km along the ridge, in the day it’s hard to make it all out, but as the sun sets as the shadows increase there’s a moment when you can see it with more clarity. We came back for sunrise the next morning too.

Enough of the third person... I was born in London, grew up on the Wirral before coming of age in the Midlands (somehow that’s the accent that mostly stuck). I went to university in London and then spent a while in West Wales.
